Meclube 016-1145-015 Manual Grease Dispenser for 15kg Drums

The Meclube 016-1145-015 model is an efficient solution for dispensing thick greases from standard 15kg drums. Thanks to its reliable metal construction, the device combines ease of use, durability, and stable operation for daily application in service stations, production workshops, or garages.

The system provides an output pressure of up to 400 bar and dispenses 6 grams of grease per lever press cycle. This ensures a consistent, portioned supply of lubricant to the processing area.

The kit includes a flexible 2-meter reinforced rubber hose and a curved metal nozzle with a 4-jaw coupler, ensuring a reliable connection even in hard-to-reach places—at an angle, at height, etc.

The Ø265 mm pressure plate with a spring moves freely along the rod, adapting to the remaining grease, while the Ø280 mm lid with three fasteners securely holds the container in a vertical position. The device is easy to carry thanks to its built-in handle.
