Description

The Atek Makina Junior Double disc straightener is designed to restore the geometry of light-alloy cast and forged steel discs with a diameter of 10 to 24 inch.

Editing of the disc is carried out by the action of a double hydraulic cylinder (press) on the damaged area of the disc in a given direction and with a given force in order to restore the initial geometry of the disc (eliminate ellipse, radial and axial runout of the disc). The 175 bar hydraulic pump helps you get the job done easily and efficiently.

An expanded set of adapters for fixing the disc, extension rods and various profile nozzles for the hydraulic cylinder rod, allow you to eliminate almost any damage to all types of discs.
