- The company was founded in 1979 in Rimini, Italy
- From 1979 to 1990, the company operated exclusively in the Italian domestic market as a manufacturer and supplier of equipment for car service centers
- 1985 - launch of the first in the history of the company installation for the maintenance of automotive systems, air-conditioned Masterclima 12
- 1987 Start of production of the first Twin-Gas R12/R134a
- 991 - start of export to EU countries1998 - start of export to Russia
- 2005 - company moves to a new headquarters that combines production, warehouse and office space, as well as a showroom and training center
- 2010 - start of production of the first automatic fluid change unit for automatic transmission ATF2500
- 2017 - launch of the company's new production site in Cerazolo, which combines assembly and metalworking production, as well as additional storage facilities
