Professional Straightening Bench for Passenger Cars and Light Commercial Vehicles Globaljig Super Rotax G351

The bench features a large 5x2 m working platform with a scissor-type lifting mechanism, with a lifting capacity of 5 tons. For quick and convenient placement of the car on the platform, it has a built-in tilting mechanism, and detachable ramps are included. It takes no more than 15 minutes to secure the car with 4 clamps. Fixing with 8-12 clamps is also done very quickly and conveniently.

The power tower with a hydraulic cylinder and roller mechanism provides a pulling force of up to 10 tons and a working area of 360°. The precision of the straightening process is achieved by sequentially securing the car's control points to special devices (Jig), rigidly mounted on the transverse traverses of the bench in accordance with the technological maps of the vehicles being repaired.

*This bench is fully compatible with Chief and GlobalJig electronic measuring systems and can be used for diagnostic work to determine the geometric dimensions of passenger car bodies.
