Automatic tire changer M33 from the German manufacturer ATH-Heinl

Compact tire changer for working on wheels of cars, vans and light commercial vehicles (with optional accessories can also work on wheels of scooters and motorcycles).

The mounting stand of the machine leans back pneumatically with the help of a pedal. Also, the machine is equipped with a pneumatic auxiliary device A24 (or as it is popularly called - "3rd hand"), which greatly simplifies the work with low profile tires.

Rotary table with self-centering 4-jaw clamping device and two cylinders. Large clamping range: inner 15"-24", outer 12"-22".

The ATH M33 is equipped with a pneumatic wringer with a double-acting aluminum cylinder that provides a wringing force of 2528 kg (24.8 kN). Wring zone range 85-330 mm.

Sturdy machine structure is resistant to deformation, using high-precision laser cutting and robotic welding. All parts are powder coated and anti-corrosion coated.

As standard, the tire changer comes with a tire inflation gun, pry bar and plastic pads for the mounting head and clamping jaws.
