Description
Pneumatic set (compression ratio 60:1) is used for moving barrels of 50-60 kg with grease and further distributing it to lubrication points. The pump operates on compressed air supplied by a compressor, with an average air consumption of 130 l/min. Grease output performance is 1600 g/min. The operating pressure can be adjusted in the range from 2.5 to 8 bar.
The set includes a pump with a piston length of 750 mm, suitable for various shapes of containers. A two-wheel cart with a special securing strap allows moving the heavy barrel with grease along with the equipment mounted on it. The cover with a diameter of 420 mm is necessary for mounting the pump on the barrel and ensuring the safety of the grease during transportation. Thanks to the 400 mm diameter membrane, the grease is used completely, without accumulating on the container walls.
The flexible hose with a length of 5 meters allows transferring grease at a distance from the container and in any direction. The gun with a swivel collar prevents hose bends. The gun nozzle with a four-petal attachment is necessary for a tight connection to lubrication points, wherever they are located. The cart handle with a hook for the gun makes the kit mobile and easy to move.
