Manual grease gun for refilling Meclube syringes 016-1151-020 complete with accessories, for 18-30 kg drums

Used for pumping low pressure greases from standard medium volume drums. Designed for filling manual syringes with grease. Lubrication is supplied in batches of 40g/cycle. Indispensable for fast and easy filling of a large number of syringes.

The kit includes a rigid (90°) connector with an adapter Ø9mm that connects to the valve on the syringe. Lid Ø320 mm suitable for external drums Ø260-320 mm equipped with 3 fixing bolts for easy mounting /dismantling. Membrane Ø310 mm with a flexible spring is necessary to prevent the accumulation of grease on the walls of the container.

The set has a carrying handle, making it mobile when needed. Up to 75 syringes (with 400 g tubes) can be filled with the blower without changing the grease barrel. Independence from the power supply and ease of operation ensures its uninterrupted operation in any conditions.
