Description

The pneumatic kit (compression 60:1) is used to move drums of 180-220 kg with grease and further distribute it to lubrication points. The pump is powered by compressed air supplied by a compressor and consumes an average of 130 l/min. Productivity of lubricant at the exit - 1600 gr/min. The operating pressure can vary from 2.5 to 8 bar.

The set includes a pump with a rod length of 750 mm, suitable for containers of various shapes. A two-wheel cart with a special fixing belt allows you to move a heavy drum of grease along with the equipment installed on it. A cover with a diameter of 600 mm is required to mount the pump on a barrel and ensure the safety of the lubricant during transportation of the structure. Thanks to the membrane with a diameter of 590 mm, the lubricant is completely used, without accumulating on the walls of the container.

Flexible hose 5 meters long, allows you to pump grease at a distance from the tank and in any direction. The swivel gun prevents hose kinks. The 4-blade gun nose is essential for leak-tight connection to lubrication points, wherever they are located. The trolley handle with gun hook makes the kit mobile and easy to move.
