Description

The pneumatic set can be used for stationary dispensing of grease from barrels with a capacity of 180-220 kg. The pump is connected to a compressor and operates thanks to compressed air, with an average air consumption of 130 l/min. The pump output performance is approximately 1600 g/min. The compression ratio is 60:1, and the operating pressure can be adjusted in the range from 2.5 to 8 bar.

The suction pipe height of the pump is 950 mm, allowing it to be used with containers of various shapes. The cover with a diameter of Ø600 mm provides attachment of the pump to the container and prevents grease leakage during movement. The membrane with a diameter of Ø590 mm prevents the grease from remaining on the walls of the bucket, ensuring its complete utilization.

The set includes a flexible dispensing hose with a length of 3 meters, a gun with a swivel collar, and a four-petal nozzle - accessories necessary for convenience of work and solving various tasks. The set is easy to install and remove, takes up little space during storage, and is simple and safe to use.
