The machine is designed to correct defects in car rims by force. Refurbishment of light alloy cast and forged steel rims 10" to 26" in diameter. The dressing of the disc is carried out by applying a hydraulic press with an electro-hydraulic drive to the damaged section of the disc in a given direction and with a given force in order to restore the initial geometry of the disc (it can eliminate ellipse, radial and axial runout of the disc).

The disc straightening machine is equippedwith a moving turning group (cutter) with a V-shaped V-belt system, which allows processing the disc after straightening welding. Allows you to remove excess metal (burrs) when finishing the disc. Checking the geometry of the disk is done using a control ruler. Reinforced bottom frame and U-shaped bridge support with double-acting cylindergreatly simplifies the process of straightening the blade.

The kit includes a large number of extension rods, tips, support washers that help the operator to successfully edit various deformable surfaces of the disk.
