The dressing of the disc is carried out by applying a hydraulic press with an electro-hydraulic drive to the damaged section of the disc in a given direction and with a given force in order to restore the initial geometry of the disc (it can eliminate ellipse, radial and axial runout of the disc).

The straightening machine is equippedwith a moving turning group (cutter) with a gear system that allows you to process the disk after straightening welding. Allows you to remove excess metal (burrs) when finishing the disc. Checking the geometry of the disk is done using a control ruler. A bridge U-shaped support is installed on the machine.

The kit includes a large number of extension rods, tips, support washers that help the operator to successfully edit various deformable surfaces of the disk.
