The machine is designed to correct defects in car rims by force. Restoration of the geometry of alloy cast and forged steel wheels with a diameter of from 10 to 24 inches. The dressing of the disc is carried out by applying a hydraulic press with an electro-hydraulic drive to the damaged section of the disc in a given direction and with a given force in order to restore the initial geometry of the disc (it can eliminate ellipse, radial and axial runout of the disc).

The disc straightening machine is equippedwith a moving rotary turning group (cutter) with a V-shaped V-belt system, which allows processing the disc after straightening welding. Allows you to remove excess metal (burrs) when finishing the disc. Checking the geometry of the disk is done using a control ruler.

The kit includes a large number of extension rods, tips, support washers that help the operator to successfully edit various deformable surfaces of the disk. Additionally, you can install a bridge support.
