Description

Atek Makina Roller S machine - designed for the restoration of steel (stamped) discs with a diameter of 10" to 19" inches.

Disk dressing is carried out by simultaneous or sequential double-sided rolling of the outer and inner parts of the disk with stationary and rotary rollers to restore the shelf and side flanges of stamped passenger car rims with a bore diameter of 10 to 19 inches, including rims of cars of the Gazelle family ".

 

Disk Leveler Features

• Gear motor.
• Rolling of car steel rims with metal thickness up to 3 mm.
• Possibility of rolling on both sides of the rim at the same time.
• The disc geometry is controlled by a special measuring probe with many mounting options.
• Recovery of discs is possible without preheating.
