The machine is designed to correct defects in car rims by force. Restoration of the geometry of alloy cast and forged steel wheels with a diameter of from 10 to 24 inches. The dressing of the disc is carried out by applying a hydraulic press with an electro-hydraulic drive to the damaged section of the disc in a given direction and with a given force in order to restore the initial geometry of the disc (it can eliminate ellipse, radial and axial runout of the disc).

The straightening machine is equippedwith a moving rotary turning group (cutter) with a gear system (gearbox), allowing to process the disk after straightening welding. Allows you to remove excess metal (burrs) when finishing the disc. Checking the geometry of the disk is done using a control ruler. The machine is equipped with a bridge U-shaped support frame.

The kit includes a large number of extension rods, tips, support washers that help the operator to successfully edit various deformable surfaces of the disk.
