Description
Heavy-Duty Body Frame Bench Well Kraft (40T) FR-8800T
The Well Kraft heavy-duty frame bench is designed for straightening and restoring the geometry of frames and bodies of trucks, buses, trailers, and commercial vehicles. The structure is engineered for extreme loads and intensive operation in professional body repair shops and specialized service centers.
Key Features
The frame bench is equipped with a massive platform with a length of 11,600 mm and a width of 2,500 mm, allowing unrestricted work with long-wheelbase trucks, buses, and special vehicles.
- Platform length: 11,600 mm
- Platform width: 2,500 mm
- Fixed platform height: 600 mm
These dimensions ensure free positioning of vehicles with long wheelbases, high structural stability under significant pulling forces, and the ability to work simultaneously on multiple deformation zones.
The frame bench is equipped with six pulling towers, each providing a pulling force of up to 25 tons (≈ 245 kN per tower).
Two pulling towers are fitted with special roof attachments, enabling vertical and combined pulling operations, correction of roof and upper structural element deformations, as well as complex spatial straightening without dismantling the vehicle body.
- multi-point pulling in different directions
- high precision geometry restoration
- reduced repair time
The frame bench is designed to handle heavy vehicles and offers the following specifications:
- platform load capacity: up to 40 tons
- pulling force: up to 25 tons per pulling tower
The reinforced steel frame is resistant to torsional and dynamic loads generated during straightening of frames and structural elements of heavy-duty vehicles.
- restoration of truck frame geometry
- straightening of buses and commercial vehicles
- repairs after severe accidents and frame distortion
- work on roofs, pillars, and structural body elements
Summary
Well Kraft 40T FR-8800T is an industrial heavy-duty frame bench featuring an enlarged platform 11.6 × 2.5 m, six pulling towers, and a pulling force of up to 25 tons per tower. It is designed for complex body repair operations where maximum power, high precision, multi-point pulling, and work with large vehicles are required.
