The 20t HW ABT20 single-beam jack is designed for various assembly and construction works and will be useful wherever a load needs to be lifted. It is suitable for lifting cars and other heavy loads up to 20 tons.

Due to its high efficiency, it does not require much effort from the operator, unlike mechanical jacks. This model provides excellent lifting capacity with relatively small dimensions.

The single-rod jack has a simple design and operates on the principle of communicating vessels. When operating the hand lever with the pump, fluid is pressurized in the working cylinder, the pressure increases, and the piston with the load rises. This way, up to 80 percent of the applied effort is converted into useful work. Smooth lifting of loads is also ensured due to the incompressible properties of the lubricant.

The jack has a solid metal construction and a chrome-plated rod (piston), which ensures reliability and a long service life. The jack is equipped with a convenient and durable filling handle for maximum comfort. The rod support has a ribbed surface for better grip of the load and to prevent it from slipping.

Operating Features

• Important! The bottle jack should be stored and transported only in an upright position, otherwise oil leakage may occur.
• It is strictly forbidden to lift a load weighing more than specified in the specifications.
• Please note that the jack is designed only for lifting and lowering the vehicle, not for holding it. After lifting the car, place a special stand under it so that the jack is not loaded.
• It is recommended to fill the jack with heather oil or industrial I20 oil, which should be changed every 6 months.
