Rolling columns 5.5t Well Kraft ML4022

Description

Electro-hydraulic column lifts Well Kraft ML4022, load capacity of 5.5 tonnes per column.

Mobile rolling columns are used for servicing heavy and large-sized trucks. The installation and operation of mobile columns does not require special foundation preparation, so they can be used in any convenient location, which saves working space. Up to 16 columns can operate in one set.

Control and management

Synchronisation takes place via a special cable, and the height difference during lifting does not exceed 30 mm. Depending on the task, the mobile columns can operate in three modes: individual operation of one column, independent operation of one or two pairs of columns, simultaneous operation of all columns. Switch on the lead post for selecting single, two/four or all column operation.

Control system

The control panel is used to operate the system. Each column has a control panel with a display. All columns operate synchronously, with a height difference during lifting of just over 30 mm.

Adjustable sliding foot size from 380 to 1156 mm.

 The type of adapter is chosen by the client: adjustable or fixed.

• Control is carried out using the control panel on the main column or the control panel
• For convenient operation, all secondary columns are equipped with lift/lower buttons and an emergency stop button.
• All controls have a safety voltage of 24V and a safety lockout in case of obstruction or malfunction in the controls.
