This professional device offers fast and effective drying for paint and varnish coatings and preparatory materials (primers) in the automotive industry. It's also suitable for "baking" ceramic coatings in detailing centers. This dryer significantly reduces drying time, and improves the quality and durability of the coating.

The drying principle is based on infrared radiation, which penetrates the coating to the metal, heating the surface from the inside out, starting precisely from the inner layers of the paint and varnish coating. This offers an advantage: the solvent exits the inner layers more easily and quickly, which in turn reduces drying time and enhances coating quality. The result is a coating that is more chemically resistant to aggressive external environments.

Design Features

Three adjustable heating elements. The angle of the lamp panel and the angle of each lamp are adjustable in longitudinal, transverse, and vertical directions. The dryer uses "PHILIPS" or "Vpower" 530 mm halogen quartz lamps. It has an adjustable vertical aluminum column to reduce the unit's weight. The arm is spring-loaded with a gas strut, allowing it to be moved easily and safely with one hand.

Four swivel wheels, two of which have brakes. The super-low and wide chassis can maneuver under vehicles with low clearance, and its width allows it to "hug" the wheel.
