Description

Pneumatic set (compression ratio 60:1) - used for transporting small buckets of grease and further dispensing it to lubrication points. The pump operates on compressed air supplied by a compressor and consumes an average of 130 l/min. Grease output performance is 1600 g/min. The working pressure can be adjusted within the range of 2.5 to 8 bars.

The kit includes a pump with a piston length of 480 mm, suitable for various shaped containers. The cover with a diameter of 320 mm ensures the pump is attached to the container and prevents grease leakage during transport. The two-wheel trolley with a special securing strap allows for moving the heavy bucket of grease along with the equipment mounted on it.

The flexible 3-meter hose enables transferring grease over short distances in any direction. The gun with a swivel coupling prevents hose kinks and bends. The gun nozzle with a four-petal attachment is necessary for a secure connection to lubrication points, wherever they may be located. The trolley handle with a hook for the gun makes the kit mobile and easy to move around.
