Meclube Pneumatic Grease Dispensing System (60:1 Compression Ratio)

This Meclube pneumatic system (with a 60:1 compression ratio) is a versatile solution for moving all types of lubricating greases, contained in standard 50-60 kg drums, across any facility or enterprise. It not only allows for transporting the grease but also for transferring it into smaller containers, and ensuring timely and precise delivery directly to mechanisms. The pump is powered by compressed air supplied by a compressor, consuming an average of 130 l/min, while its output reaches an impressive 1600 g/min. The operating pressure can be flexibly adjusted within a range of 2.5 to 8 bar.

The pump features a suction rod with a length of 750 mm, allowing it to work with containers of various shapes. The set includes a special 395 mm diameter lid that securely fastens the pump to the drum and prevents grease leakage during transport. A 370 mm diameter diaphragm ensures complete utilization of the grease with no residue. The convenient two-wheeled trolley with a special securing strap allows for easy movement of the heavy grease drum along with the installed equipment.

The ergonomic arched handle provides excellent control over the entire system. The dispensing line includes a 3 m flexible hose, as well as a gun with a swivel connection and a 4-lobe nozzle, essential for a sealed connection to any lubrication points, regardless of their location. This kit is fully ready for operation, compact, and extremely safe to use.
