A professional device for quick and effective drying of paint and varnish coatings and preparatory materials (primers) in the automotive industry, as well as for "baking" ceramic coatings in car dealerships. This dryer significantly reduces drying time, and improves the quality and durability of the coating.

The drying principle is based on infrared radiation, which penetrates the coating to the metal, heating the surface from the inside out, starting precisely from the inner layers of the paint and varnish coating. This offers an advantage: the solvent exits the inner layers more easily and quickly, which in turn reduces drying time and enhances coating quality. The result is a coating that is more chemically resistant to aggressive external environments.

Design Features

Three adjustable heating elements. The angle of the lamp panel and the angle of each lamp can be adjusted in longitudinal, transverse, and vertical directions. The dryer uses PHILIPS or Vpower 530 mm halogen quartz lamps. An adjustable vertical aluminum column reduces the unit's weight. The boom is spring-loaded with a gas strut, allowing it to move easily and safely with one hand.

Four swivel wheels, two of which have brakes. The super-low and wide chassis can maneuver under vehicles with low ground clearance, and the chassis width allows it to "embrace" the wheel.
