Diamond Processing CNC Machine Well Kraft Elegance 102 00
The control panel, specially designed to provide the best ergonomics during work, offers extensive viewing capabilities with the exceptional ease of use of a 17.3-inch or 15.6-inch Full HD touchscreen. The keyboard and knob located below the screen are specially designed to keep all buttons within easy reach.Rims are machined on a high-tech CNC machine. After placing the automotive rim on the stand, scanning and determining the rim's shape takes place, followed by calculating the surface profile and creating a control program for machining the front surface of the rim without human intervention! During the machining process, a tool with a polycrystalline composite plate is applied.

Position of the Laser and Probe
Horizontal
Thanks to the horizontal cutting mode, designed for cutting the upper surface of rims up to 28 inches in length, you can cut using laser or sensor measurements. Horizontal cutting is possible with models 01H and 01HV. TP-01H, TP-01HV, TPL-01H, and TPL-01HV.
Vertical
Thanks to the vertical cutting mode, designed for cutting the side surfaces of discs up to 22 inches in diameter, you can cut using both probe and laser methods. Vertical cutting is possible with models 01HV.

In this way, the Elegance CNC Wheel Diamond Cutting Expert creates a detailed report for printing on an external printer or via Wi-Fi printing. If you only want to send digital reports to protect the environment, Elegance can also send reports by email.
