Design Features

A platform-type straightening bench with a classic oval design (I-beam steel profile). The platform has a built-in tilt mechanism with a hydraulic cylinder for quick and convenient vehicle placement. Along the entire platform, there are three rows of grooves for attaching fixing clamps, which allow securing a body of any design. The platform has protruding edges on the outer and inner faces, which serve as rail supports for the power towers.

Two power towers with hydraulic drive and a pulling force of up to 10 tons (95000N). One of the towers is equipped with a beam that allows pulling upwards. The towers move freely around the platform, thereby providing a working area around the entire perimeter of the platform. The towers themselves rotate 360°. This design makes it possible to apply pulling force to any point of the car body.

 The special patented clamp design allows for reliable, accurate, and quick vehicle fixation.

 The three-dimensional measuring system simplifies the mechanic's work.

 The hydraulic system is designed with a safety margin, which extends the service life of the equipment.
