Design Considerations

The slipway has a classic oval platform design. For quick and convenient placement of the car on the slipway, a special tilt mechanism with a hydraulic cylinder is built into the platform. Along the entire platform, there are five rows of grooves for fixing fixing racks in them, thanks to which it is possible to fix a body of any design. The platform has protruding edges on the outer and inner edges, which serve as rail supports for power towers.

The lifting mechanism allows you to adjust the platform in height, in the range of 320-820mm, which allows you to place the car at a comfortable working height. For safe work, hydraulic and mechanical self-locking is used, the so-called "double insurance".
