Design Features

The straightening bench features a classic oval design. It has a lifting platform with a two-cylinder lifting system, allowing for quick and convenient vehicle placement. Along the entire platform, there are four rows of slots for attaching fixing posts, enabling the securement of car bodies of any design. The platform also has protruding edges on its outer and inner faces, which serve as rail supports for the power towers.

The lifting mechanism allows for height adjustment of the platform within a range of 340-1050mm, enabling the vehicle to be positioned at a comfortable working height. For operational safety, both hydraulic and mechanical self-locking mechanisms are used, providing a "double safety" feature.

The two power posts (towers) are hydraulically driven and offer a pulling force of up to 10 tons (95000N). One of the posts is equipped with a beam for upward pulling. These posts can be freely moved around the platform, providing a 360° working area around the entire perimeter. The posts themselves can also rotate 360°. Additionally, a manual winch can be installed on the platform. This design allows for applying pulling force to any single point or simultaneously to multiple points on the vehicle's body.
