Design Features
The bench has a classic oval platform design. For quick and convenient vehicle placement on the bench, a special tilt mechanism with a hydraulic cylinder is built into the platform. Along the entire platform, there are five rows of grooves for attaching fixing posts, allowing you to secure bodies of any design. The platform has protruding edges on the outer and inner faces, which serve as rail supports for the power towers.
Two power posts (towers) with hydraulic drive and a pulling force of up to 10 tons (95000N). One of the posts is equipped with a beam that allows upward pulling. The posts move freely around the platform, thereby providing a working area around the entire perimeter of the platform. The posts themselves rotate 360°. Additionally, a manual winch can be installed on the platform. This design allows applying pulling force to any point or simultaneously to several points of the car body.
