Universal electro-hydraulic tyre changer for mounting and demounting tyres of trucks and buses
The electro-hydraulic truck tyre changer is designed for mounting and removing wheels of trucks, buses, and agricultural machinery with rim diameters from 14" to 56" (deep-drop center, tubeless, or with a ring).
The mobile control unit allows the operator to control all machine functions safely and precisely. The changer is equipped with German-made hydraulics and does not require additional anchoring to the floor. It is easy to control and convenient to operate.
Complies with CE standards - Directive 2006/42, guaranteeing a high level of safety and quality.

The truck tyre changer is designed for secure fixation of rims with an internal capacity from 14" to 56". The clamping force is 2,700 kilograms, which allows for easy operation with the stiffest tyres and increases operator productivity; The reverse function of the working head allows unlocking the mounting tool without damaging the tyre and rim, ensuring safety and precision; Ability to work with a wide range of wheels - both steel and alloy; Supports both tube and tubeless tyres, expanding its application possibilities;
Helper device for truck tyre changing with a lifting platform
This device is designed to facilitate the mounting and demounting of heavy truck tyres and large diameter wheels on truck tyre changers. The design is equipped with an adjustable lifting platform and a support roller, allowing the heavy wheel to be positioned safely relative to the mounting tool without significant physical effort from the operator.

The machine is controlled using a mobile stand for maximum operator convenience;
Hydraulic system
The machine is equipped with a powerful electric motor and hydraulic drive. Very simple to control. Features a remote control panel. Automatic rotation control. All elements of the hydraulic system are made of metal rather than plastic, which significantly reduces the probability of breakdown.

Installation recommendations
For proper operation, it is recommended to install the changer on a flat and solid floor. The frame must be securely fastened with anchor bolts to ensure maximum stability of the equipment during operation.
If the surface slope angle exceeds 2.5%, special wedges should be used.
Warranty
The changer comes with an official warranty for a period of 12 months from the date the equipment is put into operation.
The warranty does not cover cases of mechanical damage, self-interference with the construction, violation of operating conditions, or using the equipment for other than its intended purpose.
