Features of the Jumbo 3D Truck Wheel Alignment Stand
- Unique, one-of-a-kind 3D wheel alignment stand for working with buses, trucks, trailers, and passenger cars
- Four-point wheel clamps work with wheel rims up to 24" (optionally up to 30")
- Passive reflectors without electronic elements, consisting of: flat targets with a gradient pattern covered with a protective layer and a durable, impact-resistant body
- Simultaneous correction of 5 axles using 4 cameras and 10 targets
- High-performance SI (Scientific Imaging) camera and 3D Imaging technology for measuring angles using Align+ software
- Correction of camber, caster, toe, thrust angle, scrub radius
- Automatic tracking of left and right turns for measuring Caster / Kingpin, Caster amplitude of twin front axles
- Simultaneous runout compensation (rolling) of all axles during vehicle movement, adjustment of transverse tie rod

Wheel Clamps
These are self-centering wheel clamps with a quick-release mechanism for attaching targets to wheel rims. The wheel clamp has a universal design for mounting on light commercial vehicle wheel rims with a diameter of 12 to 24 inches. The inner holes are designed for rims from 12" to 20", and the outer holes - from 20" to 24". Included with the wheel clamps are adapters for use with locking pins for mounting on bus wheels (front axle), which does not include an additional axle and supports the rear axle.
Turntables (7t.)
The turntable consists of a freely rotating plate with a load capacity of 7 tons each, suitable for working with heavy vehicles. The front wheels of the vehicle being adjusted must rest on these plates. The rotating plate helps avoid wheel friction and relaxes the universal joint to its initial state. Locking pins are provided to stop movement when parking the vehicle on the wheel. The locking pins must be removed during measurements. The turntables provide left and right turns necessary for measuring Caster and Kingpin angles.
Targets
The target has a patterned IR-reflective surface to reflect incident rays from the camera.
Pit Dimensions for Wheel Alignment
The pit diagram shown here is designed for performing wheel alignment on unladen vehicles. If wheel alignment is to be performed on a laden vehicle, consult a construction agency. The floor should be made of high-quality concrete.
