Wheel Clamps
These are self-centering wheel clamps with a quick-release mechanism for mounting targets to wheel rims. The wheel clamp features a universal design for mounting on light commercial vehicle rims with diameters from 12 to 24 inches. Inner holes are designed for rims from 12" to 20", and outer holes are for 20" to 24". The wheel clamps set includes adapters for use with locking pins for mounting on bus wheels (front axle), which do not include an additional axle and support the rear axle.
Turntables (7t.)
The turntable consists of a freely rotating plate with a load capacity of 7 tons each, suitable for working with heavy vehicles. The front wheels of the adjusted vehicle must rest on these plates. The rotating plate helps avoid wheel friction and relaxes the universal joint to its initial state. Locking pins are provided to stop movement when parking the vehicle on the wheel. The locking pins must be removed during measurements. The turntables provide left and right turns required for measuring caster and kingpin angles.
Targets
The target features a patterned IR-reflective surface to reflect incident rays from the camera.
Alignment Pit Dimensions
The pit scheme shown here is intended for performing wheel alignment on unladen vehicles. If wheel alignment needs to be performed on a laden vehicle, please contact a construction company. The floor must be made of high-quality concrete.
