65 L Meclube 040-1442-000 Vacuum Oil Extraction and Drain Unit with Flask

The Meclube 040-1442-000 pneumatic oil collector is a comprehensive solution for quick and efficient vehicle maintenance. It comes with a set of 6 probes and a 2-meter suction hose, allowing it to work with any type of vehicle. The unit is equipped with a transparent 10-liter flask, which enables visual monitoring of the quantity and quality of the drained oil. Additionally, the flask has an internal cleaning device. The height of the drain funnel is adjustable, ensuring maximum convenience.

Once a vacuum is created in the main tank, the equipment can operate in autonomous mode, without requiring a constant connection to a compressor. The main 65-liter tank is equipped with a level indicator, wheels, and a handle for convenient transport around the workspace.

Draining of the used oil from the tank occurs via a drain hose when the unit is connected to a compressor. For optimal results, oil collection (both by draining and by suction through probes) is recommended at a temperature of 60–80°C after the engine is switched off. The unit can suction up to 2/3 of its capacity. For convenience, the unit features a 15-liter drain funnel with a grid and a three-section tool tray.
