90 L Meclube 041-1455-000 Vacuum Oil Extraction and Drain Unit with Lowering Oil Receiver

The Meclube 041-1455-000 pneumatic oil extraction unit is a comprehensive solution for efficient vehicle maintenance. It's equipped with a pantograph and a 14-liter tray, allowing you to adjust the height of the receiving container to suit your needs. The device also features a transparent 10-liter measuring flask for visual inspection of the quantity and quality of the extracted oil, as well as a built-in system for internal cleaning.

Once a vacuum is created in the main tank, the equipment can operate in autonomous mode, without requiring a constant connection to a compressor. The unit is suitable for use with any type of vehicle. The 90-liter main tank is equipped with a level indicator, wheels, and a handle for convenient transport of the unit around the workspace. The kit also includes 10 probes for various operations.

Used oil is extracted at a temperature of 60–80°C (when the engine has just been switched off). The process can be carried out either by gravity draining into the tray (14 L), which can be placed on the floor or raised to the level of a lift, or by vacuum suction using the appropriate probe from the kit. The unit can suck up to 2/3 of its capacity, which is 60-65 liters. For convenience, a three-section tool tray is provided.
