120 L Meclube 040-1448-000 Vacuum Oil Extraction and Drain Unit with Measuring Flask

The Meclube 040-1448-000 pneumatic oil extraction unit is a comprehensive solution for efficient vehicle maintenance. It comes with a set of 10 probes and a 2-meter suction hose, allowing it to work with all types of vehicles. The unit is equipped with a transparent 10-liter measuring flask, which enables visual monitoring of the quantity and quality of the extracted oil. Additionally, the flask has a built-in internal cleaning device. The drain funnel's height is adjustable and it rotates 360°, ensuring maximum convenience.

Once a vacuum is created in the main tank, the equipment can operate in autonomous mode, without requiring a constant connection to a compressor. The 90-liter main tank is equipped with a level indicator, wheels, and a handle for convenient transport of the unit around the workspace.

Draining of the used oil from the tank occurs via a drain hose when the unit is connected to a compressor. For optimal results, oil extraction (both by gravity draining and vacuum suction through probes) is recommended at a temperature of 60–80°C after the engine is switched off. The units can suction up to 2/3 of their capacity, which is 85-90 liters. For convenience, the unit features a 20-liter drain funnel with a mesh and a three-section tool tray.
